They are called Custom Offers. Custom offers are exclusive proposals that a Seller can create in response to specific requirements of a Buyer.

In this exercise you need to do following things to solve this exercise.
- Create a Facebook page related to real state business.
- Post on this Facebook page about your service.
- Boost that post.
- Create custom audience to boost the post.
- Set the budget to boost that post using custom audience.
Solution :
- Create a Facebook page after logging in on Facebook using your Facebook id.
- Go to pages option to find out the "create new page "button.
- after creating the page, Upload an image related to your page and add some caption to it.
- after creating post click on the "Boost Post" option to boost that post.
- after that you will diverted to a page where you can add details to your post you are going to boost. you can select specific audience , age group and gender as well. You can select the custom audience as well. you can select the budget and number of days in which post will be boosted.
- To add custom audience to your post . 1st you need to create Facebook ads account and then you can create different audiences like custom audience as well.
- After creating the custom audience you can import it to your boost post page.
- All steps need screenshots.
