Digi skills QuickBooks exercise 3 Batch 10:
problem statement:
So we have been given 4 tasks in this exercise. 1st we need to create a purchase order of one item with 100 quantities.
Then we will punch a bill by using that purchase order.
instructions:
- Complete your exercise before the due date.
- Don't copy any other student's exercise, It will result in deduction of marks.
- Submit your exercise in MS WORD format only. PDF files are not allowed.
- Submit your exercise through the LMS portal only, Any submission through email will not be accepted.

SOLUTION:
- In task one we will create a purchase order in QuickBooks software and for that we will choose one of the vendors we just created in our previous exercise. So just clicking on the purchase order button an new page will be In front of us and then we will click on create new purchase order option.
putting all the information of the vendor and item, its rate and all other fields just click on save and new button form the bottom of the page.
- Now we will move to the create new bill page and we will click on "create new" next option will be select the purchase order, So as we recently created a new purchase order we will select that and all the information that we had put in that purchase order will be automatically imported to the bill section where we can now create our bill by using that purchase order.
- So after creating bill invoice now its time to pay that bill by creating a bank account in QuickBooks and will pay our bill through that account.
In task three we will create a bank account in QuickBooks software and in our last task, we will pay our bill through that bank account.
Software required:
- QuickBooks
- MS word
- Snipping tool for a screenshot.
