In this, I will explain to you how to solve WordPress exercise 2 batch 10.
Tasks:
- Create a new post on your WordPress website.
- Add two images to your new post.
- Publish your post and provide screenshots
- Install and activate the smush plugin.
- Compress and reduce the sizes of your images on your website using the smush plugin.
Solution Method:
- Log in to The WordPress website you have created in your 1st exercise.
- click on create new and select the new post option to create a new post.
- after creating a new post take a screenshot of that post or page and paste that onto your solution file.
- now publish your post and take another screenshot.
- now it's time to install a new plugin called the smush plugin. Click onto the plugin option and type the keyword "Smush plugin", in your results after that search, click on the smush plugin and click onto the install button, within a minute or so, The plugin will be ready to activate.
- Now click on the activate button.
- after activation, take another screenshot and provide it in your solution file.
- You can use this plugin to reduce the size of your all image files from your website.
- perform that task and take another screenshot for your solution file.
Perform all tasks and save your exercise file to submit on DigiSkills LMS.
