You need to install QuickBooks software in your laptop or PC and also need a tool for screenshot and Microsoft word software for solving this exercise.

About QuickBooks

QuickBooks software is used for maintaining the record,inventory and all financial reports during a financial year.

Many companies use this software all over the word as this is considered as the best option for maintaining inventory records and financial reports.

QuickBooks Exercise 2 batch number 10

Problem Statement:

  • create a new vendor in your QuickBooks software of any type of your choice.
  • create a new customer in QuickBooks software.
  • Add new item in item list using QuickBooks software.

Solution Method:

  • First You need QuickBooks software installed on your PC and then you need to launch that.
  • Click on vendor and then click on the new vendor option.
  • fill all required information cells and save the new vendor, Now take a screenshot and paste it onto the solution file.
  • Now create a new customer from the new customer option, file the all required fields given on that page and save the customer. Now take another screenshot and use it for the solution file.
  • add new items by clicking on add items button. fill all information related to the newly created item, its price, its unit, and all that.
  • save and take a screenshot for the solution file.
